Conference Registration Process

 

1. Please download the EAEEIE 2019 Conference Registration Form from.

2. Please complete the Registration form and send it to the EAEEIE 2019 Local organizing committee at eaeeie2019@academy-bg.eu. Please include your paper(s) title(s) in the body of the e-mail, so that we know, which paper(s) will be presented by you!

3. Following the reception of each completed Registration form, we will prepare and send to the corresponding author a Payment offer, which will contain instructions and bank account details for the wire transfer.

4. Once the payment is made, please send a copy of the bank statement to eaeeie2019@academy-bg.eu

 

Conference Fees

 

Early Bird Conference registration fees (by August 23rd)*:
Regular paper – 250 €
IEEE or EAEEIE member – 200 €
Student paper – 150 €

Conference registration fees (after August 23rd)*:
Regular paper – 280 €
IEEE or EAEEIE member – 230 €
Student paper – 180 €

Additional paper – 50 € each

Extra pages – 10 € per page, but no more than 4 extra pages per paper

* The fees are including one set of all conference materials!
